Drabbles, Drabbles Everywhere!

Welcome to the Official Senad AU Drabble of 1998 page! This is the homepage of the Alternative Universe Drabble Round Robin that made its way around the list in the fun and sunny month of June, 1998. They refer to early pictures of Richard Burgi and Garett Maggart found by the amazing MegaRed and posted here, with her permission.

The subject of the drabbles was a post made by Merry, making up a story to account for the subtle differences in looks between the Jim and Blair we see on TV, and the 'Jim' and 'Blair' in these pictures. So what did we come up with? Oh boy, are you in for a great read! Angst, hurt/comfort, even some sap--and, of course, lots of sex!

The drabble hit a tangent line at about the thirty-ninth segment, and continued merrily onwards from there as DrabbleA and DrabbleB. Then another tangent struck, and another, with some of the old dying off as they went. So now what is archived here is: Drabble A Parts one through Seven; Drabble B Parts One through Five; Drabble C Part Five; and Drabble Z Part Seven. I'll do my best to keep them in an approximate threadline, with clear directions at the bottom of each Part where the story goes next. I will not put a tangent in the middle of a post, just to make things easier for readers to follow. All (or almost all) of these parts are based on compilations made by, and courtesy of the Drabble Goddess the lady of shalott. Her partner in crime, the Drabble Goddess lyrica, and the Drabble Wrangler, Ann, were also instrumental in keeping these drabbles the rational, sequential, pleasure-to-read objects of art that they are. And to everyone who contributed—way to go! It turned out pretty darn good! Anyone who writes any story based on ideas from this story, send the stories along and I'll be happy to link them in here.
