Registration is now open. If you have already provisionally booked, or booked at the 2004 convention, you should receive information shortly about what the next step is. We will take bookings via email or snail mail, however, please note that email bookings are provisional until we receive a signed age statement and cheque or postal order. Please copy/print off the registration form, and send the completed form together with a cheque for £20 made payable to Connotations to the address below. Sterling cheques only. We can offer Paypal, but as it costs us extra to receive it, we prefer to reserve it for overseas attendees, for whom it is difficult and expensive to arrange sterling payment. Sorry, but we do not take direct credit card or telephone bookings for the convention. We do not have the skills nor the monetary resources to do either.
Due to the adult theme of the convention we require that everyone wishing to register provide a signed registration form. You are free to send multiple forms with your payment if you so desire, but we must have confirmation that everyone attending is over 18.
Please see the hotels page for information on how to book your hotel room. After registering we will send you confirmation that you have booked and a first update. It is your responsibility to confirm any accomodation booking with the hotel and provide a deposit or credit card number to the hotel at that time. Please do not send us either cheques for the hotel, nor credit card numbers as they will be returned to you immediately.
Registration with us includes one ticket to all events at the convention, and the discounted rate at the hotel. All meals are included in the cost of the hotel room. We may decide to have another formal (or Moderately Tidy!) Dinner on the Saturday night if enough people are interested. You are free to do as you please Friday and Sunday evenings, but Claire and I will be around, and don't usually bite until after the first date ;-)
