Mark Sandman Memorial concert

Friends, family and various bandmates gathered outside the Middle East Restaurant on Brookline Street in Cambridge, Mass., on July 25, 1999, to honor the memory of a unique artist. They performed songs written by Mark and told a few stories about him. Despite the rain and a few tears, a good time was had by all. Photos taken by Nicole Robertson.
