Jim sat in his truck outside Megan's apartment building for a good half hour after Megan had gone in. He kept going over in his mind what he would say to Blair when he saw him again. Could he convince his love that he was sincere? Could he mend the rift he'd created between them?
Finally, he opened the truck's door and stepped out. Making his way into the building, he paused again at the door to Megan's apartment. Hesitantly, he reached out to knock.
