Thank you for the line about how there's work that grinds you down and work that builds you up. It applies in so many areas of life. And I always like to read (at least, though this was more)halfway realistic HEA (happily ever after) stories, ones that show that some people (gays) really don't live in hell for it, that some of us really do have a reasonably easy time of it.

Great Ray voice in this story. I really enjoyed the stuff about neither of them really liking living in Inuvik, but doing it to be together.
