G:
This contains one or more of the following: good, clean fun.PG: This contains one or more of the following: moderate violence, some sexual
situations, infrequent coarse language, or some suggestive dialogue.
R: This contains one or more of the following: intense violence, intense sexual
situations, strong coarse language, or intensely suggestive dialogue.
NC-17: This is specifically designed to be read by adults. This contains one or
more of the following: graphic violence, explicit sexual activity, or crude
indecent language.
SLASH: This is an additional rating used in tandem with the above ones. It can be any of the above ratings with homosexual and/or lesbian relations.
