The cageless Prison

Land of the free, home of the brave
You know that's not true, you're just a slave
Oh yea, when it fits, it's all good and fine
One group out of place, an executioner's line

Ok, one thing I'll give you, we do have rights
But the more they compound, they spin out of sights.
The laws they say are there to protect us.
But in truth, they spy in attempts to detect us.

Alright, I say, let's get down to my points
A controversial subject, of two people joints.
Does it make a difference if their the same gender
Or to the pulpit's proposal, replied `return to sender'

It is inconceivable even to think
No matter whom two people may link.
They try now to make it against constitution.
In that same regard so should prostitution?

Strangely enough, it won't be on their lists.
A service they provide, for politician assists.
But gasp, I dare say, put a law against love.
See where it goes, restraining the dove.

Restrictions - convictions molded to one.
A great model portrayed to Uncle Sam's son.
Place your laws and amendments it's all the same
Do what you must to further your campaign.

But before you do, let us compare.
Just a few years ago, another group's despair
You think what you're doing is just to us.
You are condemning gays to the back of the bus.
