Serena: But I don't want to be in ALL your stories. Can't you pick on someone else for a change? How about Anita? Or that goofy chick in computers?

Bast: Nope. Has to be you. I was a retired Lesbian before you came on the show.

Serena: What's a retired Lesbian?

Bast: A Hasbian.

Serena: Oh....well, that's flattering, I guess. But I don't want to do EVERY ONE.

Bast: Don't worry--you don't have to do everyone--just Rodgers.

Serena: That's not what I meant.

Bast: I know. Look, Serena, it'd be better if you just submit (hmmm..there's an idea). I mean, how are you gonna fight it? It's not like you can jump off the page. Or sever my mouse cord.

Serena: You've got a point.

Bast: Of course I do. Now, just be a good little character and hop back in the closet till I need you.

Serena: You mean like at night?

Bast: No, no. I mean for the stories.

Serena: K. Guess you're right. Resistance IS futile.

Bast: Yeah--but sometimes it CAN be fun.
