R: I'm sure the Holmes/Beth Lestrade shippers won't care for this fic, but I wrote it after I realized I couldn't stand Inspector Beth Lestrade's snarkiness and annoying personality. The fact that she doesn't have an English accent even though she's supposed to be a direct descendant of the original Inspector Lestrade from the Victorian Age still bugs me. Yeah, yeah, they say she's from America, but she's still irritating, in my humble opinion. So I wrote this fic
