Dave knows Derek is watching him. He can feel the eyes boring into him as he trots up the stairs to his office but he ignores it. He ignores the spark and the challenge. He ignores the way his blood races. He ignores the heat.
Derek can’t look away. He knows that Dave knows that he’s watching and is ignoring him. He wants to crush that spark. He wants to crush that almost overwhelming urge to shove Dave against the nearest hard surface and claim that scathing tongue. He wants Dave to submit to them because he already has.
Penelope stands in the doorway, watching Derek at his desk watching Dave. She lets out a put upon sigh and whispers to JJ next to her, “I wish those two would kiss and make out.”
