I know that we were suppossed be
Having fun at the Halloween party
That was being held in the high school.
But that was before something really cool
Had made us skip the party to go see
A heavy metal rock band
Performing in a concert that was so grand.
At first,I had thought that it was Twisted Sister
performing the concert along with Mister
KISS himself to make sure that the bland
Sound of rock does not appear in the songs.
That was before things had gone wrong
For you see,as soon as we stepped into
The concert hall and listened to
A whole new batch of songs
That were being belted out by a band
Called 'The Demons',I began to understand
Why our parents had warned us not to
Any concert that has anything to do
With a dark prince who is not so grand.
Just as they were about to perform the last
Song,one hell of an explosive blast
Happened within the backstage
Area and just like in a page
Of a Stephen King novel,some of the cast
Members of our unexpected little play
Had leaped off the stage in a way
That might had been done
By a being known as the one
Dark prince and I refused to stay
And watch everyone else become one hell
Of a dinner buffet,I should tell
You that right now.
But even though I was able to know how
To get out of there admist the yells
And screams of terror filling the place,
I was unable to win the one race
To the exit door because one of 'The Demons'
Had appeared and forced me to see within
His eyes the true leader of the whole demon race.
