Work Text:
Love Of Seven Ways
I love her; no matter how much time goes by, that will not change.
But time, for me, is fluid, ever-changing.
Time turns back; ticking backwards to what once was.
The rhythm of time runs backwards, an inexplicable rhyme.
Yet only I remember; only I know.
All the things I tell her, I reveal myself to her, and she accepts me.
But time rewinds, and the words are gone, forgotten in the winds of time.
And my coward's heart only allows me this once, too scared to try again.
But today, today the world ended, and I returned. Longing to see her whole again.
And when the world was saved, I turned to her...and let my heart pour out.
Even if time turns back once more, I have finally found the courage to tell her?
I love her.
Always.
