I've got a demon inside me

I've got demon inside me, can't you
see.
This demon can see the angel that
looks out of your eye's.
Would you, could you love this
beast hold it close show it peace?
Can you feel the screaming pain
of love untainted, love untamed.
I've got a demon inside me one
that needs you more then blood
and screams.
The earth can burn the sun can
go dark.
As long as you can love this beast
in me I will hold your spark of light
in my black and twisted heart.
Love will shine given time for this
Demon of the dark and the Angel
of the light.
For as long as we live dark and
light will stand on the line ready
to fight.
But good and bad will come and
go.
But the love of a demon will
go on and on.
As the angel stands with arms
wide open waiting for the dark
of night and the demons love
to hurt just right.
