Drabble # 76: Finally

The day he finally broke with Sara was one of the best in his life. She screamed. She yelled. She called him names. She insulted him in her pain.
She broke down crying.
And he simply told her he couldn't do this any more. Told her he couldn't live this lie any longer. Told her he finally had the guts to be the man he really was. And there was no longer a place for her in his life.
Walking out on her felt like rebirth. She screamed something after him. About him being a sick gay bastard.
He smiled.
