Marcus stood in the middle of the crowded Zulco Bay and waited with
beated breath along with everyone else as they waited and watched the
cyrstal ball in New York to drop.
So he was startled when he felt someone gently push him to get his
attention. He smiled warmly at the person when he realized that it was
Neroon.
"Neroon!" He exclaimed softly. "What are you doing here?"
Neroon smiled down at his friend as he answered, "I came here looking
for you, I have new information on the Shadows and thought you might
be in need of it."
Neroon then looked around and noticed how crowded the bay area was,
"What is going on?"
Marcus quickly explained about celebrating the New Year to Neroon.
Neroon nodded his head while he listened to Marcus.
"Well then," Neroon said. "Let us start this New Year out by counting
down together."
Marcus nodded in agreement and with out realizing it as their hands
brushed together and took hold of each other. He and Neroon started
counting down with everyone else in hopes of a better year.
