Snow thoughts

Christmas comes but once a year
standing in the cool crisp air
snow flacks falling from the sky
touching me a cool surprise
the touch of cold upon my skin
sets my mind a-wondering to warm
nights and loving so sweet and in the
middle of all that heat cool pale arms
surrounding me keeps me cool and the
snow has me remembering you and all
the joyful things we've been through
