Work Text:
Leaves all around - On the ground,
Bonfire Smoke Sky,
Waiting for him
Been here before!
Felt the pain
Life was plain
Without him
- She'd found a companion
In the man she worked for,
Felt heat for another, her-workmate,
Tall and strong, but in so long,
She'd gone for the one whom reminded her
Shared the same shy temperament, all but for those
Times when the reminding one was a warrior of peace
On the field
Now, he was back, and she'd not hoped
Until now - So many distractions!
So many complicated reactions..!
Holding on, she was kind, but didn't lay
With another, not since the day when she thought
He'd truly gone away
Cool, crisp air begged her senses to reach,
And, soon, she would
He walked toward her,
Leaves on the ground,
And, in his arms, she was finally found!
“Hello, Daniel” She stood in the middle of the sienna-coloured afternoon
“Hello, Janet.” He held her hands from shaking
