"What do you mean, you're not leaving!" Jack McCoy and Mike Logan were standing on the roof of One Hogan Place. With them were the few survivors of the killing cold. The helicopter was hovering overhead to evacuate them, and this stubborn Irishman was refusing to leave!
"I've been a New Yorker all my life!" Mike shouted back. "I've fought every kind of scum you can name to keep this city safe. I'm not going to abandon my home over a little bad weather! Are you with me?"
Jack sighed. "What the hell! It should make for some interesting law."
