NOMAIL:

If you get a notice that a listowner has set you nomail, please don't
worry. It means that mail to your site was bouncing back to the owner.
This can happen without your knowledge. Just reset yourself to mail
by sending the command "set forkni-l mail" or "set forkni-l digest" 
(without the quote marks) to LISTSERV@lists.psu.edu. For the other 
lists, substitute the other name (fkfic-l, fkv4s-l).


NOPOST:

Nopost is the how the listowners deal with problems when no agreement
can be reached with the subscriber involved. This means being able to
read the lists, but not post to them. No one is ever set nopost without
an explanation. It's a rare step.
