Instructions on finding out if a PSUVM list is being held:

If you want to find out if the list is being held, send a
message to listserv@lists.psu.edu, with no subject or signature, and
the one word "list" in the body of the message. Don't put quotes
around it (they're only there to keep the listserv from bouncing
this post as an attempt to send a command to the list) and don't
put a period after the word.

You will receive a list of all the lists that run at psuvm, with
their statuses. If Forkni-l is held, there will be a note beside
the name that says, "This list has been held."

If there is no such note, and you're sure you're not nomail, the
problem is somewhere on the internet. All you can do is wait.
