the phone call

“Hey, Abby, its Abby.” Abby smiled at the joke, “Oh god I'm sorry I forgot the time difference, wait you’re a night owl what are you complaining about….Gibbs working you to hard? Oh I see it's Gibbs and DiNizzo's bantering....I didn't call for gossip actually I called for a favor….Where am I? Vegas. Yes as in casinos and the mafia. No, I’m on a case, it’s been in the news a series of rapes on the campus here… Actually that’s why I’m calling I need you to take some blood from Grant and do a DNA profile, then send it to the Las Vegas Crime Lab attention Gil Grissom.” Abby paused at the silence at the other end. “I promise to explain everything later…yes over drinks…No you don’t need to come out here and hurt someone. It’s not Navy or Marine related so you don’t have to wake Gibbs. I need to call Grant, can you pick him up tomorrow, and make sure DiNozzo doesn’t use him to pick up girls… Let’s not got there…I know about your speculations about them, no… AH man you had to go there, yes I think you’re right but getting them to admit it…I'm not helping you in any scheme you might have worked out....Ducky is involved count me out!...I’m hanging up now.” With that Abby hung up and rolled her eyes

Of course now the bunny that is hopping around my desk is telling me to write up Abby's side of the conversation and the scheme her and Ducky have gotten worked out.
