It had all started in back when a small group of friends
Had decided to do something different before the end
Of Summer on which they go back to high school
And do some stuff that they happen to consider uncool
And not leave any money for them to spend.
They had gone camping in a park just in time
To watch the stars in the peak of their prime
In the night sky before they had climbed into
Their sleeping bags and allow themselves to
go right to sleep which was also not a crime.
That was before one of the girls had sneaked out
Of the tent to go use the restroom without
Waking up her friends with a rather nasty smell.
But it was after she got back that a sudden spell
Had came over the camp for something had sprout
Itself out of the sky and lured her friends right out
Of their tents and into that large ship without
Crying for help nor running away from that craft
From outer space without getting into a raft
And rowing themselves faster than a school of trout
Before that huge vessel should give chase
And make sure that they do not win that race.
That was when the one girl who had left the camp
To go potty had forced herself to produce a cramp
In order to hide from the ship containing a race
Of beings that she had figured might
Had come to Earth in the dead of night
And steal some people away for some sinister
purpose that was behind such an encounter.
She had remained hidden due to the fright
That she had let herself experience on that
one night before she would sleep like a cat.
It was on the very next day that she woke
To something that had started to poke
Her right in the back and it was that
Painful sensation that had made her step out
Of her hiding place and forced her to shout
For joy because her friends had came back
And with their own minds on the right track
Minus a few memory sprouts.
