   Summary

   Takes place during season 4 first ep, "The World is changing." Jarod is trapped in a cage at the Centre and Lyle is his tormentor. In the ep, Jarod managed to escape.
   In my story, Sydney advises Jarod to pretend he's been broken in order to gain Lyle's confidence and have a better chances of escaping. Jarod does so, but Lyle soon forces him to become his lover. Jarod tries to exploit Lyle's attraction to him, but who's pretending? Meanwhile, a ghost from the past comes back to life and Miss Parker and Lyle discover a lot about their real relatives and their past...
