Listen to Us Breathe

Three months after John leaves, Bobby starts getting phone calls. No words are spoken and yet he knows who’s on the other line. At first he used to beg John to say something, anything, only to be hung up on. Now he stays silent and just listens to John breathe. It’s not enough, never will be and they both know it. But it’s all they really have so they don’t stop.
