Notes: This is very, very different from what I usually write. It's very *dark*. But since there is both hope and a happy ending, perhaps it's *not* so different from what I write after all.
This is a different AU from RH and FAN. This story starts with the recording studio scene and ends with the rooftop scene. Because it more or less follows the canon storyline, albeit with markedly different explanations for what happened, there are spoilers for VG.
