Christine's Diary

I see him in my dreams. At first it was just brief glimpses between the childhood dreams of innocence, but now I can't get the dreams out of my mind. They have permeated my being. He is in my head; my heart; my very soul.
A feeling of utter dread washes over me whenever I think of him: his thick black hair, those piercing eyes that can see through to my soul, his unforgettable presence. Mixed in with the dread is an overwhelming desire to be loved by him. I want him to hold me in his arms; kiss me; love me eternally.
Burning questions plague my mind. Who is he? Where does he come from? What does he want? Why me?
He is coming.
