    361 readers. This story was only going to be one chapter but I got requests for more. I have a beta for it so I am posting the Beta'ed story.
    A new law is passed forcing everyone to be tested for the guide gene. This is what happens when a Alpha sentinel wants to claim a guide. It is told from 4 different points of view. Jim and Blair do appear in the story but they are not the main characters.
