All I can say is that I've noticed something strange
I like watching Due South but please explain
And all I can do is watch my tapes of season two
and speak my point of view
It's not the same, It's not the same
I just want someone to say to me
We'll get him back, we'll find a way
You know that then I'd ask them well why not today
How soon -til there's a chance to bring back Ray?
And I don't understand why they thought it was okay
The credits say "Due South" but there's no Ray
And all I can do is watch this season's Ray that's new
Not quite like you-know-who, but it's a great escape
escape......escape......escape......
All I can say is that the writers have no shame
And speak my point of view
I think they were insane,
its not the same......it's not the same.
