"So, your friends know you're with the girl? Terrible shame that."
Willow's jaw dropped. She was too angry to deny it. "I can't believe you said that! Who do you think you are?"
"Just saying... Put's me right out of the runnin. Always fancied you, y'know."
Willow couldn't resist preening just a bit before putting on her resolve face. "Well, I'm taken. And so not interested."
Spike upped the wattage in his smile and waggled his eyebrows. "Got no problem with sharing."
Flustered, she threatened, "I could turn you..."
"On?"
Willow hesitated... just for a moment... before marching off indignantly.
