Lex looked around the interior of the Kent barn in disbelief. The current members of the newly formed Justice League were all present: Wonder Woman, Batman, Flash, Green Arrow and Aquaman.

Sighing, he asked Clark. "Friends of yours?"

Clark shuffled from foot to foot. Since Lex had broken up with Lana they'd slowly closed the rift between them. He no longer gave Lex pathetic lies for what he saw, but still hadn't admitted anything. The other members looked at Clark pointedly. Superman stood for truth and honesty. Would he finally be truthful to the one they all knew he loved?
