Ooohhhh...very interesting. I love that he inserts Cameron into this scenario, both for the purpose of having another person to be angry at and also to feel that little hint of redemption, even if he can't accept it.
Your internal monologue of House was incredibly interesting as well as it's so different than his verbal...but entirely plausible all the same.
