I love this story, and was very happy to see the next part. Wilson as an avian - it's interesting, and still kind of makes me want to think of him as an angel. I hope that, when House sees him fly, he will be able to take House with him. What a thrill that would be for House! I hope you are planning a new installment!
One VERY small thing: the use of "oncologist," and "diagnostician," particularly when you're not talking about anything medical - I think it's better to be a little redundant by repeating their names than it is to use these clunky titles.
