OMG. It was so sweet and yet so, so IC. I can almost *see* House actually doing that -- deciding that Wilson needs to laugh more often and pursuing it with dogged intensity. Almost like medicine. Exactly like medicine. Especially since he had his ducklings work on finding him jokes for Wilson. LOVELY. I'm reccing it to all my friend (the second she gets on) as excellent Housefic. This is a sweet little story, but what I absolutely love about it is that it made me laugh. Especially the department meeting part. When House suggests the minstrels and Wilson starts singing under his breath, I laughed so hard I had tears running down my face. And the line "like a demon summoned by name, Cuddy suddenly appeared behind House's chair" is inspired. I'm still getting giggle fits just thinking about it. Loved it.
