I read it and enjoyed both halves - cos I really felt the 'House/Wilson' part and the 'House/Chase' part were two parts of two different fics.
Both fun in the way, both well written, both true to character, but the two halves still not really making a whole fic.
Maybe they could be split and worked on separately? The first as the end of a fic - Chase gets sick and House isn't sure what to do - and the second - House takes care of a sick Chase - as the beginning of the follow-on to the first fic?
Hope that made sense - it did in my head anyways!
