nice story; i very much see them like this for a very long while at the beginning - all sex with very little talking or (obvious) meaning
House is so the type to convince himself it's only sex and then get sucked into a genuine relationship, and unwittingly loving, needing and depending on someone.

cool story - It's so true, I can't imagine Cameron being able to take House anywhere his is trouble with a capitol T :P
