This is a fascinating idea but I think it would benefit from being fleshed out more. What you have here is more the outline of a story - an argument in favour of this characterization, this idea - than a story. You're telling me a lot about House but you're showing nothing - consequently this piece lacks emotional depth and doesn't exactly inspire versimilitude. While it's easy to *see* House in these situations, you're not *making me see it*.
