Aw! This one gave me a happy twist in my stomach. Your Wilson is very much on the mark, and Foreman doesn't seem off at all. I don't really like the way this little series turns out--too obvious--but this part is fun and gives a simple but (I think) pretty accurate summation of the dynamic between House & Wilson.
