Can I send pictures or file attachments to the list?

While our server jbx can transmit pictures there is a limit on size.  Jbx can 
only handle emails of 40K or less, so the message, the heading, and the picture 
all together cannot be larger than 40K.  If it is larger than 40K, it will be 
"disassembled" and sent only to me as a problem.  Also, some of our members 
cannot see attachments.  If you send a picture to the list, as soon as I can, 
I'll copy it to the website so that everyone can see it.

There is no problem sending urls to the lists.
