Can fiction be posted on VP?

We welcome fiction (especially slash fiction!) on the list.  
Stories that have been posted on VP often end up either on the 
S/H archive, or in the VP library for shorter pieces or work 
that's relevant only to VP.  While VP is primarily a discussion 
list, fandoms live on fiction, so if you want to post something, 
go ahead.

Sometimes we will take a piece of humor or a little story we pick 
up off the list, rewrite it to include Starsky & Hutch, and then 
send that to the list!

However, it's never appropriate to post *someone else's* story to 
the list, a website, or archive without the writer's express 
permission.
