In a discussion with another S/H fan, she told me this story, so I thought I'd share it with you. Anyone else remember things like this from when the show was on the air?
On the Johnny Carson show once S&H were the butt of a joke in his monologue. Or, actually, Anita Bryant was the butt. (Remember her, the "Save the Children" homophobic lady?) He said, "Have you heard that Anita Bryant is going to come to California and try to break up Starsky and Hutch?" [vbg]
