Author's notes: it is my new theory that Vulcan palmistry relies
on  reading the six main lines: Hope, Housing (Home), Heart, Life,
Longevity and Logic. Spock meditates on what these six most important
things to a Vulcan means to him.

My heart is so different from his. It is green and where a
human's liver is kept. It beats much faster than his. Many
more times per Standard minute and yet our hearts have at
least one thing in common.

Mine beats for him, his beats for me. For this reason, and
others, we  belong to each other. We belong to each other.
Our hearts are no longer ours alone but ours shared. Just
as our bodies, minds and souls are now shared between us.
Forever entwined and because of this my heart beats for him
and only him. We are one. Forever one.
