AN: Started this in July '04, found it last night and decided to
finish it. Drabble, 100 words, implyed f/f (though it never actually
happened, that's the problem). Standard "I don't own it" blurb. Minus
the F/F, it's rated G, but I'll make it a PG for safety.

"They think it's impossible to love the one who never smiles. Lust
after her, sure. I mean, who wouldn't? Half the women would sell their
soul for that body, but not truly fall in love. They're wrong.

"In retrospect, I've given myself up in a million tiny ways. But she
probably didn't notice. I have to tell myself that because the
prospect of her knowing, yet not reciprocating hurts too much. But so
does living without her."
