Well, I finally finished my long P/K story (which has nothing at all
to  do with this one), when this little drabble popped into my head.
(A  drabble, for those who don't know, is a story of exactly 100
words.)  It  hasn't been beta'd, so please forgive any typos.  Anyway,
here it is.   Enjoy!

"You know, I've never seen you so distracted on duty!  The Captain
had to say your name three times before you heard her.  What *were*
you  thinking about?"  Tom's eyes glittered wickedly.

"Like you don't know," Harry laughed.  "You practically devoured me
in the turbolift this morning -- right before we got to the bridge,
too!  What do you *think* I was thinking about?"

"Could it possibly be that Harry Kim, perfect ensign, StarFleet
poster boy, let himself be distracted from his duty by personal
considerations?  I must admit, Ensign, I am shocked and appalled --"

"Oh, shut up and kiss me."
