The BLTS Archive - Chronicles of Shoreleave: Jim- whom Spock loves far too much by Aditi (aditi43@hotmail.com) --- Fifth in the Chronicles of Shoreleave Feedback: Yes please. Archive: ASCEM, others please ask. Disclaimer: I'm just hoping to provide some people with some enjoyable reading and am only hoping for some good feedback in return. (yes, I do think that sometimes Kirk and Spock might sometimes take leave away from each other for various reasons - as difficult as it may be! ;-). The letters will not necessarily be in sequential order according to stardate - there might be gaps but don't worry about them. I hope you all enjoy! --- Message encoded for: Kirk, James T., Captain, USS Enterprise Location: Riverside, Iowa, Terra Received from: Spock, Commander, USS Enterprise Location: ShiKahr, Vulcan Someday we are going to visit an uninhabited island in the warm Caribbean Sea of Earth. We will take a sailboat from one of the main islands, just the two of us, sailing on a sunny summer day with but a few high clouds hovering above us in the sky and a cool ocean breeze blowing over our mostly naked bodies (or perhaps completely naked bodies). Arriving at the small island near sunset, we will anchor our boat and take a small inflatable raft to the island. Sitting on the warm sand of the island we will watch the sunset and eat mangos and passion fruit with coconut milk. I will hold you like I did when we stayed all night on the observation deck and we will feel peace and comfort flowing across our bodies. As it gets darker stars will start coming out, at first dim and few but soon so many and so bright that it will seem like soft daylight. Together we will lie and watch the stars, our bodies intertwined like the roots of a great tree. We will imagine visiting each one of those stars together someday and wonder at how magnificent they must look up close. We will kiss each other with the gentle vehemence of our loving passion. Tingling and kissing each other's body we will feel a pleasure that is beyond humanity, beyond this universe. We will know that we have all night together and many thousands more nights to express our love. The ocean water will wash against our feet and we will know that we are not alone in this world as long as we have each other and we will feel the universe smiling and laughing with us as we are surrounded by one another's love. I love you, Spock --- The End
