First in the Chronicles of Shoreleave

Feedback: Yes please. Archive: ASCEM, others please ask.

Disclaimer: I'm just hoping to provide some people with some enjoyable
reading and am only hoping for some good feedback in return.

(yes, I do think that sometimes Kirk and Spock might sometimes
take leave away from each other for various reasons - as difficult as
it may be! ;-).

The letters will not necessarily be in sequential order according to
stardate - there might be gaps but don't worry about them. I hope you
all enjoy!

I just received your message. I hope you are doing well, and that you
are  not in too much trouble with your family over the announcement of
our  relationship.

I hoped that my parents would be asleep when I arrived at home - I had
the  illogical desire to put off the inevitable and wait to face my
parents in  the morning. However, my parents were not asleep when I
came home and they  were not very pleased when I told them...but it
will be all right, as you  said it is worth it. I hope that your
family will not begin to have a  negative perception of me.

As you would say - "good luck and many kisses". And as one of your
20th  century musicians once expressed it - "Don't worry; be happy".
