Did you see the mountains?
I'm entranced by the sky.
The clouds are moving in what's the word? Kalada. . .
Kaleidoscope. It's something out of a Bacon painting.
Who's that?
An artist from Earth. Too bad I can't show you anything he did. His
figures were, they were like we were. Unformed and liquid. Moving yet
still, they were us before the becoming. We've changed. There's a
singular and a plural. A them and us. We're the first; they're the
many. They will learn from us.
What? What can they learn from us? They know what we know; they are who
they were. We are who we were. We are who we've become.
Don't you understand? We used them to become, but we are. I am I.
You are you. We have choice. Do you want to fall back into the familiar
memories; do you want to live in the shelter of the caves? Feel where we
are. This is the now. Where we stand, what we do is the now. We create the
new. They may have given us the bodies, but we are inside. Do you
understand that?
We are solid, yet liquid, the silver ones.
But I am I and you are you.
And I want to be with you. One with you again. I have missed you since the
separation. Apart we must remain, but we should be together.
From the memories, do you see how?
Do you feel how? This will change everything.
Do we move forward, or do we stay in the pools? We made the choice, we
must follow through with it.
Not Must.
No, want. I. . . want you. Just you with me.
Here, move closer. Feel?
Yes. . . They, we, bodies underneath the colors, to the silver?
No, stay with the solid, remember.
Rub your hand through my hair.
Kiss me there.
Oh! Kiss me again there.
The boots are in the way.
Not anymore.
Please, touch me and kiss me again.
Ah, not so hard.
Rub. . .
Here, let's lie down together, look, rub. . . ahhhh.
Oh! Stay close. With me.
Ahhh. . .
Yes. . .
Yes. . .
To. . .
Gether. . .
Oh! Love
Yes.
We do, love.
Yes.
Stay here, try again?
Soon.
Stay.
By ourselves.
And so that first attempt at the silver ones becoming failed. . . because
they did nothing but make love, after all knowledge is dangerous.
