product. Monitor and assist on cases coming in from customers. Troubleshooting of
software installation onto UNIX and NT based platforms and into Oracle, Sybase, and
Informix DBMS. Creation of custom programs and agents for in house and customer
use. Creation of custom programs to interface between electronic mail and call tracking
system for field engineers "ease of use" in the field. After hours response via pager to
customer situations.

Responsible for the day to day administration of Clarify tracking system, including
creation and inactivation of logins, creation of queues, installation and troubleshooting of
software on client systems. Identify, specify, develop, and implement shell scripts to
maintain the Clarify system Monitoring of rulemanager, custom auto-dispatch error logs,
identify and kill of blocking locks, and customer notification of case status change via
e-mail. Liaison to the Web team for Clarify issues. Justification, installation, evaluation,

Responsible for training of all new customer support engineers on a mission critical
pharmacy information tracking system. Installation and upgrade of pharmacy software on
site and over the phone. Installation and troubleshooting of AIX, Xenix, SCO Unix, and
AT&T Unix operating systems. Troubleshooting of hardware related problems. Custom
shell scripting and SQL reporting for customers as needed to supplement the software.

Pharmacy Technician II Anchorage, AK
Responsible for upgrading and maintaining pharmacy information tracking system.
Created reports to track inventory and government required information. Supervised
other technicians. Compounded medications. Answered incoming poison control calls
for the statewide poison control center.
