Pics 5 & 6 are from the play "Dead Eye Boy" ; From a site about the Dead Eye Boy. Vivian, who owns the site, emailed me and provided me with the correct credits for the pics (and didn't mind me borrowing them!). First one (colour pic) is by Alistair Muir appeared in the Evening Standard, January 22, 2002; second one is by Geraint Lewis appeared in The Independant January 23, 2002.
