Welcome to the new Kitten Scratches page! This is where I will put up short pieces or single chapters of stories that I want to know if you would like to see more of. Granted right now I am up to my ears in stories to finish so these will not be worked on until the others are finished or more of them are finished anyway. Now I need help on this... I can look at the number of hits that this page gets but that doesn't tell me which if any of the stories you liked or how much or why, or vice versa. So if you like a story let me know. If you don't like a story let me know. If you have thoughts or ideas on them let me know. Otherwise I can only assume that they made no impression and they will come down to be shelved or tossed altogether. I only have a limited number of stories started right now that are not being actively worked on so I won't be changing or updating this page more than every few months. That will also give people time to read, think, read again if they want and so on. And I will make sure and warn in the update on the "Home" page when I will be changing the Scratches out.

Just some notes on each of the stories to give you an idea of what you are getting into before you decide whether or not to read. ^__^
- Shades of Gray
- A Weiss Kreuz anime fiction centered around Omi Tsukioyono and Nagi Naoe. Omi plays the hero in a less dark way at school to protect a younger student and gets the surprise of his life. Set after the first series but without a smidgen of Gluhen and basically AU from that point.
- When Angels Cry
- A Gundam Wing anime fiction. Quatre is captured by OZ/Alliance troops (yes again... how many original storylines are there actually left for GW? LOL). What do the others have to go through to get him back? And how do they help him when they do or will Rashid just kill them all and be done with it for not protecting him better?
- Parallels
- This was a challenge that came up on my Buffy Slash list when I was still on it. Even though it was basically supposed to be a Marysue/or the male equivalent, it sounded intrigueing so I gave it a whirl to see if I could come up with a way to follow the rules and have it not be a total Marysue. I think I succeeded and actually I have both the beginning and the ending for it done. All I need to do is finish the middle.
These were the requirements.
- Author must be included in story by name AS a member of one of the major casts family. ie: Buffy's cousin, Giles's niece or nephew, etc.
- If female... Cordelia must fall for her. If male... Wesley or Gunn must fall for him. (it was a slash list remember...LOL)
- Said family member must help the combined forces of the Buffy group and the Angel group defeat some major evil coming from another plane.
- Said family member must help to bring Xander and Spike together.
I think that was everything. LOL
- Love Heals
- Another fic challenge from the Buffy slash list that at the time really appealed to a scary need for some major angst. There were a number requirements which I don't remember now. All of which were settled in the first chapter. The main idea behind the fic was that Xander had hit rock bottom like a lead weight and was saved by Angel or Spike with major Xander Coddling/cuddling to ensue.
- Miracles
- An X-Files fiction of my own imagination. Basically Mulder/Krychek, but with strong possibilities of becoming a Skinner/Mulder/Krychek. Will include Scully (of course), the Three Gunmen, Cancerman and a surprise guest.
- Coming to Grips
- A Skinner/Mulder/Krychek set after the downfall of the consortium and the routing of the aliens plan to take over earth. Krychek has a lot to deal with and Skinner and Mulder help him with it.
