1991.06.08 At Sea

Today daddy was sailing and the wind stopped, and daddy said he is going to put the boom up and I helped daddy and daddy went downstairs and winched it in and daddy broke the shroud turned it and he broke the fitting for the mast, and it was very lucky that there was no wind, if there was wind the mast would fall over, and daddy said we are drifting and mummy woke Erika up to help us and Erika said we are going very fast if we are not sailing, and daddy took the fitting and put a new one on and the wind was coming in the back of the boat daddy said this is going to stay until Tahiti.

1991.06.09 At Sea

At night daddy was looking in the darkness and I came out daddy said there's a ship over there then I said he is coming over this way. This daddy got the binoculars and he thought it was a big glow and we seen it had a red light daddy said he is trawling a big net and we are going to go in the fishing net, and then daddy stopped and put the sails down and we were drifting and it was a little cargo ship, and we nearly hit it and it was going over the swell and it was very hard to go over the swell and the deck was very wet and it looked like there were no people on board.

1991.06.10 At Sea

Today I was doing spelling and I finished it and I told mummy if she can do math in my book. Read Charlotte's Web no I want to read Condorman and I did I finished half of it then I done my math and I finished my math and I carried on with the book Condorman and it was exciting and I nearly finished Condorman and I put it down and went back to playing.

1991.06.11 At Sea

In Cuba we were on a wharf and at night a man with long hair came and gave me a big football for playing and his name was Victor and he was a very good friend of mine and he did not only give me that he gave me a paint brush and it was for artists and Erika she was crazy and she broke the beautiful brush and it was my very best brush and he gave me very nice chocolate in a very big jar.

1991.06.12 At Sea

We were sailing I the morning and I went out side and there was no wind, and the said was flapping and daddy put the engine on and the seas were little and I was playing doing my boat and daddy left the engine on six hours and there was still no wind.

1991.06.13 At Sea

Today me and Erika was painting and Erika drew a nice picture and I copied it and it was a nice picture and I copied all of it and I showed mummy and mummy said it is good and then I done my job and math and when I finished I went upstairs to have air.

1991.06.14 At Sea

Two o'clock in the morning Erika seen daddy pull the main sail down and he drifted half an hour and then he put the genoa then I woke up and mummy made coffee and they drank it in the morning, and Erika was sleeping and Erika woke up and made the milk.

Daddy was sitting in the cockpit and he went on Erika's bed and then I opened the yanbal purse and I found two transparent paper and daddy said lets have a look and he read two of them then I took them, then I read half of one and I said what it means this I can't read it I said and daddy said it is a m at is complicated for you Damien then I finished it.

1991.06.16 At Sea

In Peru it was my birthday and I had two cakes and Erika ate one plate and Nana pushed Erika to have one plate more, and I served the popcorn out and the chicha and a girl named Alina nearly ate all the cake and I ate a piece of cake as well and all the family was here. My Nana and Aunties and uncles sand my birthday was very nice and all the people drank chicha.

1991.06.17 At Sea

Mummy made bread and she cooked it and she left it on the stove and I was doing my home work and mummy went to have a bath and daddy as well and daddy came downstairs. And I found my book and Erika came to do the salad and she tickled me and broke my best book and I was cranky and stapled it and put sticky tape and it looked like new. And daddy opened the oven and he saw the bread brown and I told him mummy and she said put the fire off.

1991.06.18 At Sea

Today I was mooching in bags and I found my two guns with and I was playing with them all the afternoon. Then mummy called me and I did my lesson then I played with them again, and then mummy said do your composition then I finished it and the guns did not work at all, and I put my pencil in my gun and threw it and it tuck in the cardboard box.

1991.06.19 At Sea

Today daddy looked on the chart and I was doing my composition, and I saw the chart and I ran and daddy told me two more days to Marquesas and I said how good I can rest for a day because I'm tired and hungry and I can't play with peace, and I can't do my lesson with peace. How good we are close to Marquesas. I hate the sea.

1991.06.20 At Sea

Erika and I were playing on the deck and daddy was resting and daddy woke up and he saw a rock and he called me and I said there must be more islands around us and daddy was looking for more islands and daddy said there's an island over there. Where, I said. Daddy said just kidding, and then daddy saw one this time and it was an island then he saw one more then he went back to bed.

1991.06.22 Marquesas

Today Erika and I went on a little mountain with two horses and goat, and we were following the steps of them then we found a ruined fort and there was a light house and the goats were running away and we were picking white flowers and we went back walking in a road and we picked a red flower.

1991.06.24 Marquesas

Erika and I were playing on the grass and we saw two horses and we saw a tent and we ran in the tent and there was nobody in it tent and daddy said hello what are you doing with the bucket and we went to get water.

1991.06.25 Marquesas

Another boat came in and it came by us and then he was going in the dinghy to get well and his dinghy was flat and there was a lady on the boat as well and she was steering and he was on the bowspit putting the anchor down.

1991.06.27 Marquesas

We went to David's birthday and he is four and all the big men and women were eating a piece of cake and it was chocolate with pink and creamy and all the children licked the cream and one boy was putting his hand in the cake and licking his hand, and they have a lot of books and they have one which is He-Man and Superman and a lot of books more. The end.

1991.06.29 Marquesas

We were on the boat named Sandpiper and it was ferro cement boat and we were talking daddy swapped a lot of books and daddy said I had better go because it is going to pour down. Okay you can go byebye nice talking good bye and she gave me a book named E.T. and another one named The Christmas Books, and I went with the motor and it poured down. And I told Erika we have a book named E.T. and we saw it on TV and then I made my trimaran.

1991.06.30 Marquesas

Mummy wanted Erika to make a necklace and Erika said I need thick fishing rod if not she can't do the necklace and mummy wanted to make two necklaces and Erika said I need thick fishing line okay and I read E.T. book and mummy said three of you are reading and we laughed and I packed E.T. away and I started to do my composition and Erika was reading Reader's Digest and she was doing it and the story is Scenic Australia.

1991.07.03 Daniel's Bay

Erika was cleaning the boat and she found a bag and there were pictures or hanging on the wall there were two pictures and one was a llama and another one was a poor town and I put it on the wall. I put it on the wall and it was fancy, on the wall. I fixed the boat and the boat looked cute! And then I done my homework and then daddy tried to fix the light and he gave me a light tube and it was very nice and I told daddy you gave me it for fixing the boat. I suppose so thanks daddy and I liked it.

1991.07.05 At Sea

We are at sea and Mr Walker was at the side of us and daddy was sailing and David was motor sailing and we were winning David. And David and his family was in the cockpit and the sea was flat calm and daddy said "he is going to stay with us." "He is sailing very fast like us isn't he, daddy." "No we go faster because we are thin and bigger sails." "But we can have a contest?" "We are not," said daddy. "Why not?" "Because we have bigger sails."

1991.07.07 At Sea

I was looking in the hole for facing a bit of air and I found Kathy's arm and I told Erika and she came to help to get the arm. An hour later Erika was trying to get the arm and I caught it and Erika and me was happy having the arm and we put the arm on Kathy and I done my homework and Erika was pesting and I told her not to pest and she said okay.

1991.07.08 At Sea

Daddy put the sails down and he put them down because to win Mr Walker and then in the morning I told daddy why you wanted Mr Walker to win. Daddy said we are not having a contest of us we are daddy okay we are of course we are daddy okay what you say how good now in the boss and daddy went to sleep and I went as well to do some painting and it was pretty nice to paint this.

1991.07.12 In the sea

Daddy was reading and he heard a noise and he looked in the sky and he could hear aeroplane poise and he could not see it and I was eating the burnt rice and daddy told me quickly look there's an aeroplane over there. "Where!" I said, daddy said I can't see it but I can hear it and I said daddy is not saying the truth and mummy was washing the dishes and I tried to hear it and then I was looking for the aeroplane and I could not see it.

1991.07.13 In the sea

I made a robot and it had a lot of switches and I wanted to fix the switches and I could not, and I went to bed. And in the morning daddy was on the deck and I went and daddy told me there is an island over there and I said we are not going over there and daddy said thats the island that we are going to be at is around the corner of the island.

1991.07.14 Tahiti Papeete

There was a festival and men with hats and there were fireman and Dave put his flags up it means a festivity and all the boats put them on the riggings. And daddy was putting lines on trees to stay still and everyone could look in the boat, and mummy was saying that in this boat whether nobody can stay with out a top! Daddy said yes and mummy said tell Erika look if all the boats are facing like us. And Erika said yes they are facing all the same except for because there came recently and looks like they're putting their lines on doesn't it Philip, yes daddy said and he winched the line back in.

Jean Claude came to our boat and he gave us a bag full of shirts and three lighters and four pens for waiting. And he gave us some beautiful hats and two hats were green and the other two were yellow and all the stuff he gave us said Bank Socredo and it looked like rich people's clothes and we looked like rich people.

1991.07.16 Tahiti

Daddy bought a new light and daddy put it on the timber and it was a better light than the other one, and then Erika and me were putting the hats on and they looked smart Erika put the yellow one on and me too and we went on the deck.

1991.07.17 Tahiti

Mummy and me were putting Daniels toys and we took the sewing machine to Jaakko's boat to fix it. And mummy was fixing the boat to go to Jean Claude's and he did not come to our boat. And he was coming on the motorbike and his girls and his wife were in the car and daddy was getting bananas and tapiocas and we were having a nice time with his wife and his girls and mummy made them cocoa and she gave me one too.

1991.07.18 Tahiti Papeete

Daddy was with Jean Claude and he saw the immigration police and Jean Claude present him to daddy and the immigration police said aha you did not come to the immigration and daddy said in his head oh god not the immigration and daddy said I already went there and the man did not contest him.

1991.07.19 Tahiti Papeete

Today daddy went to the customs with me and I was looking in the man's office. And daddy and me went to clear in, and the other man was telephoning and daddy opened the door and the man put the telephone down what do you want and daddy sat down on the bench and the man gave him a paper with a blue paper in the middle of the two papers there were writing and daddy was putting a name on the paper and the man said turn it over and daddy did not hear and daddy finished filling the side and the man said look what you done and the man said come back at half past ten and he came at the same time with me and said the man gave him a piece of paper like before to fill. And a lady and a man was there and the lady was filling the paper and she did it wrong as well and the man was very very cranky.

1991.07.20 Tahiti Papeete

I wanted my piece of timber and daddy said no I want it and I wanted it for my boat and daddy wanted it and he took the timber and gave me it. And he said don't get not one of my tools and I got the timber and I got the dinghy and mummy said what are you going to do with the timber I said I can't do nothing with the timber because daddy doesn't let me use the tools and mummy told daddy why you don't let Damien use the tools! Because Damien doesn't let me use his timber.

1991.07.21 Tahiti Papeete

Mummy was in the front cabin. It was blowing very strong and I was redoing my best boat, and mummy thought the bag of pegs was going to fly away, and mummy told me to go and get the bag of pegs and mummy got them and left the begs in the front cabin and I started my boat again.

1991.07.24

Mummy was sleeping. And I just woke up, and my foot did not hurt and I went back to sleep and mummy woke up and she looked at my foot and I woke up and I felt better than yesterday. I said can I have my tablet and mummy said okay and I said ask daddy okay mummy! And mummy asked daddy if Damien can have a tablet and I was listening and daddy said no he must have his breakfast first and an hour later his tablet. And after I ate my breakfast and mummy was cleaning the floor and she got a nice robot and it was a transformer.

1991.07.25 Moorea - Cook's Bay

We arrived at Moorea. And when we went in the entrance the water was green. And when we were in the anchorage and the water was very very clear, you could see the water, and a man came to swap comics and we had no comics. Mummy invited the children on our boat, and they went straight through the boat and came out the front hatch and they were playing and I brought my boat and my toy men and he liked them because he had none except legos. He had nothing else to play with how boring boat he has.

1991.07.26 Moorea - Cook's Bay

I was playing with daddy and David shouted to daddy in fifteen minutes Damien and Erika can have a ride around the bay with us and the other children and daddy said I will go too and daddy and me got ready. And Erika did not want to come and we went and we anchored and daddy got the dinghy ready and we went with a black dinghy and the same of the bay was Kevin and his sister was Danielle and we crossed the road and it started to spit a bit and the rain stopped and we went quite a long way and we came back and daddy saw a tree and I went up on the tree and I got sixteen starfruit and I threw them to daddy, and daddy had five starfruits and I threw ten and the lady grabbed them all and she put them in a bag and I got stung by a hornet and it was two bites and I went to David and he put vinegar on my arm and my eye. And the lady was very cruel she took my starfruit what a stupid lady and rude.

1991.07.27 Moorea - Cook's Bay

I told daddy I want to go in the water and at the same time Patsy shouted you and Erika can play on our boat with the other children. And I had my breakfast and I combed my hair and I was just there, and I grabbed the boat, and Danielle came out and she went back down and told Patsy and I said where shall I tie my dinghy and Patsy came out and put the line on and after a while the children went and I stayed playing. Daniel was happy because I was making him a cardboard car and a hose and a tree and a garage. Daddy called me to have lunch and I said good bye and I untied the line and I went back to the boat and had some things to eat.

1991.07.29 Huahini

We arrived at Huahini. We were not far away from the reef and the swell was big and daddy changed course and the reef was a mile out, and daddy started to talk about the great barrier reef! And after I saw three islands, and left behind Huahini was Bora Bora and I could not see it, daddy could see it and after an hour I was downstairs and daddy put the anchor down and I came outside and it was very beautiful. And I went downstairs to fix Sniffie's shirt again.

1991.07.30 Huahini

I woke up in the morning and mummy gave me two thin pieces of bread and after five minutes I was hungry and mummy said you already ate two pieces of bread? Don't be greedy Damien and I got the tin of milk and the top was not on properly and I was just going to the table and the top came off and it fell on my foot. It took a chunk of skin off my foot and the foot that was hurt was the good foot. Now my two feet hurt now what a happiness!

1991.07.31 Huahini

We arrived in Huahini two days ago, and daddy was fixing the engine, and he has a problem and mummy too she had a problem. The flour had weevils and daddy could not start the engine and the took apart the engine and he took the belt and it started to work the engine. Today we made out of blocks a house and we were playing with it and it had two beds and a stove and it had a storeroom for cups and Erika had a nice soap and they were little and it was a very nice house and Erika was very happy for her idea.

1991.08.04 Raietea islands

Daddy was swapping books and he came back. And he got more books and he took me. A man came to complain that he must come off the mooring and Frank swore at him. He was angry at him, and he said you must come off the mooring in an hour. And the man said he needs his crew, and daddy told me that I must go to the boat if not the dinghy would bump the boat and I went and after daddy told me to come back to pick him up and I went to the shore to get sticks.

1991.08.09 Bora Bora

Daddy fixed my car what mummy present for my birthday. And after I was very happy that daddy fixed my car with mound piece of steel and nails. All the time wanted to play with my best car! IT was not my best one? Daddy never fixed my other car that daddy gave me for Christmas! I loved my both cars.

1991.08.15 Raiatea

In Raiatea we slipped our boat, and the copper from our boat. All the timber was wrecked and I was running around and they put the boat on the ground with timber and I wanted to go up. Daddy told me to wait because a man was coming to put the ladders up. The man came and the man who put the ladder was a very strong man. I went quickly on the boat and I said ah that's better staying on my boat and I went downstairs to fix my boat and I made a keel on my boat and a rudder.

1991.08.16 Raiatea

Mummy went to the immigration police and she stayed half an hour and she came back. She gave me one big carrot and I cut it in half. I had one half and Erika had another one. Erika said it was a bit bitter and I told mummy that it was bitter. Mummy had a taste and she noticed it was a bit bitter.

1991.08.17 Raiatea

Mummy was getting ready to go out and she asked me if I want to go out with her. I had a big decision, and mummy said do you want to come. I said okay mummy and I put my shirt and my short and my shoes too. The shoes were too little and I put on my very soft sandals and mummy and I had a lift. Mummy just came out of the car and she went to the market and it was closed and we had a lift to the marina. Mummy tried to sell baby's clothes and a lady bought the clothes. We went walking back and mummy put her hand out and a lady stopped and we had a ride back.

1991.08.20 In Sea

We left from Bora Bora and Mr Walker and Scaffy went too. After two days they were about thirty miles from us and the wind came from the nose and this was at night. Daddy changed course. I woke up and daddy told me that we changed course. Why I said and daddy told me because the wind was coming from the front of the boat and at least it came morning. All of us woke up and was on the radio to an island for a proper anchorage because all the anchorages have no entrances to go in. We changed our mind and we went back to Bora Bora. The seas were very flat behind the island.

1991.09.05 At the sea

Again the wind came from the west and we went to the south and it was raining and the sun peeped out and the rain stopped. We went back on the course we were supposed to be on. After daddy was quite happy when the wind came down from the north, and after he put the sails down and we were drifting. I was not happy at all when it was pouring down.

1991.09.07 At Sea

Every day mummy makes us fruit salad. We are spoiled with mummy and I started to do my book. And I told me exercises to do an d it told thirty minutes. After half an hour I was eating my fruit salad. And it was horrible it was too sweet it was green paw paw! And mummy put sugar in it. Ack I hated it and did not eat it.

1991.09.10 At the sea

I opened the paints named Berol when mummy was sleeping in the cockpit and I sharpened the Berol colours and Erika came and said Hey! Did you ask mummy? Yes, I did, and I don't know if she knows what I was talking about. Why? Because she is a sleepyhead and Erika was staring at the Berol colours. I suppose she wanted to use them. And Erika did not stop staring at them I wonder why. And mummy woke up and said you are breaking the points of the colour paints and mummy said I will do it in the morning with the knife.

1991.09.11

The wind changed to the west. Daddy was upstairs and he went to see the sat-nav and I went on the deck to see the wind. And the sails were flapping and I ran to daddy and he went South. I went downstairs to brush my teeth and daddy changed again but this time he changed to north and I came out and said hey! I thought we went south. And daddy said its better this way because it is closer. Okay daddy and I went downstairs again and put the light off and went to bed.

1991.09.14 Samoa

I went downstairs and got my book for painting and mummy said lets go out and I put my colouring book away! And I got ready and I went with mummy and when we arrived to the shores and children were waiting. And twenty children were on the shore. I gulped down hard and I arrived on the shore all the twenty children came on the dinghy and I went out and all the children were pulling the dinghy on the beach and I walked with mummy and all the children followed me and mummy and a girl kicked my bottom one two three and I looked behind and frightened her. She was crying and a big boy touched my arms my back how ridiculous! Looks like if the first man on the earth I never seen such children like them and it was time to go back and I went in the dinghy and all the children helped going out and we were the middle of the way and they threw stones because they were crazy. Medio loco okay. The end.

1991.09.16 Samoa, Apia

Yesterday David and family were walking around and they saw us coming in the harbour and they tried to figure Pampero II out and when we came in we saw all the yachts here. Mr Walker, Scaffy and Rainbow all our friends but we didn't ot know that Rainbow was here, what a surprise! And we came in and we saw how nice much harbour nicer than Lina and I got the sail ready to put down and I winched the sail down and tightened the sail down and Erika got the binoculars and I was going to get them and Erika had them and I told her I want them a minute and she gave them to me with no problem.

1991.09.24 Samoa, Apia, but left In the sea

I was brushing my teeth and mummy said clean the floor because at six o'clock we are going to Fiji okay and I said what and I finished brushing my teeth and I cleaned the floor. After I went in the main cabin and said good night and I said to daddy get off my bed and I turned the light off and went to bed and mummy told me to go in the main cabin and I went in the front cabin and slept eight hours, how much! and mummy said Good morning? You had a nice sleep its ten o'clock.

1991.09.28 At the Sea

Erika made a very nice pillow and it was a lot of hexagons sewn together and Erika had two pillows the brown one and a coloured one I wanted them but they were hers well Erika copied it from Pru. But Pru made a table cloth but Erika made a pillow that's too much difference in hexagon shape. And cuts the cloth bigger than the paper hexagon then she puts the paper in the cloth and she folds it and does the same to all. But a bit difference the difference is that they are different colour. And Erika sews them all together and makes a pillow. I like the pillow.

1991.10.10 Fiji, Suva

Mummy gave me a calculator for my birthday. And it was wrapped in paper. Mummy said it was very expensive and I was wondering what it was maybe a set of expensive electric cars how good! I never had electric toys and I opened it and it looked like a calculator! It looked like this [drawing of calculator] I could put my name in it. And put division and multiplication in the calculator.

1991.10.13 Fiji, Suva

(This happened in 12.10.91). Daddy was getting ready to leave tomorrow. And I was helping Daddy. I jumped across the hatch and fell in the steel fitting and cut a very deep cut. And for one second I did not notice it at all and after I was screaming and it was bleeding and daddy was grabbing my very deep cut together. And daddy was shouting for help at the Italian man and he came across very fast and David came Tony came, and a lady was looking with a blank expression. And daddy gave me to the Italian man and daddy jumped in the dinghy and went to a catamaran named PRAXIS and a man got me and put me on a bench and I was crying and the man went and got a sweet and said here's your medicine. And daddy went to the boat and got dressed and came back to get me. And got me and went to the hospital and the man was pinching some liquid on my wound and sewed my wound together. And there was blood on the white sheet.

1991.10.19 Fiji

Daddy was fixing Pamperito. And he got the mast and fit it on the dinghy, the dinghy was named Pamperito because he is baby Pampero and he sailed very, very, very fast down wind, and when it went to the beam it went just sideways. Daddy and me lifted Pamperito up and took him to make a lee board. And daddy did not know if it would work or not, but I did not know what to do if it did not work.

1991.11.02 Fiji

Daddy went to get some people and mummy said when they want they will come. But daddy did not listen, and I was worried because the dinghy was nearly floating away! And after ten minutes, he came with two men. And I thought with two men and one lady. But the lady was very frightened to come, so she did not come.

1991.11.05 In the sea

Stacy's mother told me that I must dress in something special because she is telling everyone Halloween is after tomorrow, and she made a pumpkin head [picture of pumpkin head]. Sarah is Stacy's mother, and Sarah told me you can dress as a turtle I got a round bowl we don't have green material (two days later)

I came with a clown costume and a hat, and BIG shoes bigger than my feet and I went with Stacy and Stacy's father and mother and Adrian and his brother and Blue Bunny and family and we went all around the yachts saying trick or treat! And got sweets for saying it. And after we got all our food and ate it on the table. I had a bag full of sweets. The dinner was terrible!

1991.11.08

We are going 3 knots and daddy watched the front of the boat and he saw a big ship. After two minutes it was on the side of us and the name of the boat was KYOWA LINE and the man came on the VHF and said what is the name of your yacht. Daddy answered Pampero and daddy wanted to know the weather report.

1991.11.10 on the sea

Erika wanted to make a frame for painting. She cut very thin wood, and she wanted glue for timber. And daddy said it would flop about, Erika went very grumpy, and she got nails and nailed it in the thin wood and the thin wood split in half and she tossed the wood on her bed and she went on her bed crying, cry baby. And mummy said you can have the old frame. And Erika did not listen. She got her pillow and cried again.

1991.11.12 the way to Australia

Erika cut mummy's bra to make a dress for a puppet and the bra was very pretty Erika said she swapped it for another one. The bra was transparent gold and mummy was telling me to do my lesson and I got my book and was doing my lesson. I like doing my lesson and after my lesson I got my spelling book and done it as well. I grabbed my painting book and painted a very nice picture I got fed up of painting I got sideways story back a very funny book.

1991.11.18 way to Australia on the sea

We are 3 days from Australia and Erika heard on news that there is a hurricane in Vanuatu Erika called daddy. And daddy was running down to listen to the weather forecast. I am very very happy to go back to Australia. I did not see my country at all only the sea.

1991.11.19 way to Australia on the sea

I started to do my homework and I had a bit of air in the cockpit I looked at the floor and I said LOOK AT THE FLOOR! And all the water from the ocean was in the yacht. But do not tell me how I made my spelling, and we opened the floor and took the water out. It WAS very FULL of water.

1991.11.20 a day from Australia on the sea

The wind changed right the way around and daddy does not like it. But it is better than being poked in the eye with a burnt stick. That's just a saying, the saying is better than nothing. Well that's true. Do not say that because there is no wind! I should not say that daddy is going to put the engine on after 4 hours daddy put the engine off and we are going 5 knots and it came 4 knots 3 knots 2 knots 1 knot and in 1 hour we done 3 miles that's what it said on the sat-nav. Well I do not believe it at all 3 miles in one hour ha.

1991.12.06 Friday Australia Brisbane

I was drawing Sunglo and it came very nice just like it is and I finished it and started to paint it.

1991.12.13 Australia Brisbane Botanic Gardens

All day it was raining. It was raining for two complete days. Para, Erika, Brooke, Dylan, Sarah, me and Sarah's brother was playing and we came back soaked to death. It was raining like you can't believe it.

Brooke, Dylan and I went in the drying machine place and an old lady was waiting in the same place as us waiting for the rain to stop. I hate playing in the rain and Erika, Para and Sarah came back soaked to death and waited in the drying machine too! After Para and Erika went to bail the dinghy and called Dylan and me. My mummy and daddy went to shore and daddy and mummy went to telephone and I went following behind mummy and when daddy finished phoning a man came from the Botanical gardens and he jumped in the phone and rang the police and he said two men holding a man and one with the gun taking the money of a man and after ten minutes the police came and were searching all around the Botanical gardens and found no one and one car was in the garden and daddy came with me and said Damien wants to feed the possums and he said its very dangerous in the very dark gardens and daddy said here you go and I said it does not matter daddy, and we went out of the Botanical gardens.

Dylan, Andrew and Michael were playing on the skateboards. Dylan had a yellow one so did Michael. And I was looking at them and I went down below and Erika was eating chocolate and I went to eat too!

Erika was eating 15 and I had 10 Erika had 5 more well what's that 5 is nothing. Mummy and daddy came back and I went ashore and played with Dylan and Andrew. It was very very boring ashore Andrew wanted to come to our boat but I said it was boring too. End.

Erika was typing and the letter B did not move and she called daddy and he came to help Erika and he said it is a big job. And Erika went in the cabin and stuck a heart sign on the cabin, and daddy was very cranky with the typewriter and the number 3 was off too! And mummy gave daddy a paper clip and I straightened it, but daddy did not use it, and I was playing with it. I found my little toy man that walks. It is from Cuba.

Dylan and I went to play by McDonalds and we found a secret passage. IT was a door and he thought it was a bad man's house and we went back to the boat it was pouring down and we got soaked, we went to Ayla and we were scared so we went to my boat and he found his parents in my boat and we changed our clothes. Dylan put my blue shirt on and my yellow shorts from Bora Bora and I put on my pink shorts, after Erika took the typewriter out because she is showing off to Brooke and she wanted to type. Brooke knows how to type only the name Dylan.

Erika made a contest making these words: straight, eclipse, receive, mattress, colleague, hurricane, etc. More than those, and daddy failed 6 and good 18 and Erika had 3 wrong. Hahaha Erika does not know how to spell hahaha. Yes but you had 6 and me three you don't know said Erika!

Today I woke up and I looked in the front cabin and mummy and daddy were not there but Erika was here I said to her I'm hungry and she made toast with butter I said I want breakfast there is no milk. Mummy and daddy went to buy some milk, and 3 hours after Brooke came with the boys, and Brooke wanted to wait and Dylan said no. Brooke started to cry and I stuck my head out and said to Brooke come and she came on board she was very very happy and Erika said do you want me to paint you yes she said and she put lipstick and eye lashes and she made her here she looked very neat.

For approximately 5 days I did not write in my diary. And I already done 10 pages of my diary. My diary is for one year I must finish it. Oh. And I forgot all about it and done my homework I enjoyed it and I done some spelling too but the lesson was better today mostly I like spelling but today I do not and daddy checked it and it was all bad oh—and I done another one and it was not so good as the other one but it was okay mummy put the drops in my ear it was itchy and mummy checked my lesson.

Daddy, Erika and I went to the festivity and there were 100 thousand people around maybe more who knows? And all the children were playing in the Botanic Gardens. There were BIG clowns and little ones too there are very fancy girls what daddy will fancy, they were throwing sticks around each other and they were very good at it. They were playing tossing water balloons and it was very fun. I liked playing it would be fun if they did not toss it at me.
